Hey There
My name is Anna Schack and I am a Lead Mechanics at Muscle Mechanics LLC. I joined Muscle Mechanics LLC in the summer of 2023. Prior to being a massage therapist I taught Math and Science for 3rd thru 6th graders.
All About Me
I graduated from SHI school for Medical Massage and earned my LMT in the beginning of 2022. Most of my experience so far is working at a chiropractors office where I help anyone with personal injuries to body builders. I use a wide variety of techniques including Swedish, Craniosacral, TMD and Muscle Energy Technique (MET). Life before massage therapy involved teaching 3rd thru 6th graders about science and math. I am passionate about helping people feel better and leaving them a little better than when I first met them.
